I grew up in the S.F. Bay Area and appreciate the beauty of the nature all round us. I spent much of my life as a performing artist in theater, music and dance.  I have always been drawn to humanity and psychology and felt the need to be of service to others.  Psychology was a perfect fit and after my studies at CIIS in San Francisco I did my practicum and internship in Marin City.  Later I began my private practice.  I am a Mom, a psychotherapist and a teacher and if I get a spare moment I enjoy to garden!

My Approach

I start with where the client is at and collaborate on meeting the person's needs and goals. I treat the whole person, harnessing one's own unique strengths and offer my unconditional positive support. I trust the process and believe in each person's capacity to make their life what they want it to be. I see therapy as utilizing the nurturing clinical relationship to create a safe place where self exploration and healing is possible. In this process a person can gain clarity, get perspective on a situation and be a able to make decisions or set intentions to reach a sense of satisfaction and aliveness in themself, their relationships and life.

I work from a relational and heart-centered approach. I bring a playful, warm-hearted, grounded, open and accepting presence. I create a safe and nurturing environment. I am dynamic, interactive and engaging, creating energy in our sessions that you can take with you when you walk out the door!

This life is a gift, and yet there's always something to learn. I am humbled by what it is to be human. The wounds we carry, living with mental illness and navigating difficult relationships can be really painful. I invite you to give yourself a space to be heard, felt and understood. I encourage you to make yourself important and have the support you deserve.
